Job Description
A well-established café and hospitality employer is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join its customer-focused team. The successful candidates will prepare and serve premium coffee and specialty beverages, operate espresso machines, take customer orders, process payments, maintain food and beverage presentation standards, replenish stock, ensure cleanliness of the café, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment while following Canadian food safety regulations.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience as a Barista, Café Attendant, or Customer Service Assistant is an asset but not essential.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
Good teamwork and time management skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
Eligible to obtain a Canadian work permit.
