Job Description
A leading Canadian construction company is seeking dedicated Construction Labourers to support residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Canada. The successful candidates will assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, loading and unloading construction materials, operating basic hand and power tools, erecting and dismantling temporary structures, mixing construction materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and following workplace health and safety regulations. This role offers excellent long-term career opportunities within Canada's growing construction industry.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy construction materials.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety procedures.
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when required.
Valid passport and eligibility to obtain a Canadian work permit.
