Job Description
A leading New Zealand construction company is seeking hardworking Construction Labourers to support residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the country. Successful candidates will assist with site preparation, loading and unloading construction materials, operating hand and power tools, mixing concrete, erecting temporary structures, cleaning construction sites, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Candidates must follow all workplace health and safety regulations while contributing to efficient project completion.
Requirements
High School qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Previous construction or general labour experience is an advantage but not essential.
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials safely.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and site safety practices.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new construction skills.
Flexible to work overtime and weekend shifts when required.
Eligible to meet New Zealand employment and visa requirements.
