Job Description
A well-established dairy farming company in New Zealand is looking for dedicated Dairy Farm Workers to join its farming operations. Successful candidates will assist with milking cows, feeding livestock, monitoring animal health, cleaning dairy sheds, maintaining farm equipment, moving livestock between paddocks, and supporting daily farm activities. Candidates will work in a professional farming environment while following New Zealand's animal welfare, biosecurity, and workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements
Secondary school qualification is preferred but not essential.
Previous dairy farming, livestock, or agricultural experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in outdoor environments.
Basic knowledge of dairy cattle handling and animal welfare practices.
Ability to operate or learn farm machinery and milking equipment.
Good English communication skills.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management abilities.
Willingness to work early morning, weekend, and rotational shifts.
Commitment to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Eligible to meet New Zealand employment and visa requirements.
