Job Description
A leading logistics and transportation company in New Zealand is seeking responsible and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join its operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods to residential and commercial customers, planning efficient delivery routes, loading and unloading vehicles, verifying delivery documentation, maintaining accurate delivery records, performing routine vehicle inspections, and ensuring timely and professional customer service. Drivers must comply with New Zealand road safety regulations and company transport policies.
Requirements
Secondary school qualification preferred.
Valid New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence (or eligibility to obtain one where applicable).
Previous delivery, courier, or transport experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and GPS navigation systems.
Ability to lift and handle parcels and goods safely.
Good English communication and customer service skills.
Clean driving record with a responsible attitude.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends when required.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Eligible to meet New Zealand employment and visa requirements.
