FACTORY WORKER

A leading Canadian manufacturing company is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to support daily production and manufacturing operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, packaging finished goods, inspecting product quality, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and following workplace health and safety procedures. Candidates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.

Secondary school education preferred but not mandatory.
Previous factory, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks.
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kg safely.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and company policies.
Valid passport and eligibility to obtain a Canadian work permit.
