Job Description
A reputable UK agricultural employer is seeking dedicated Farm Workers to support daily farming operations across crop and livestock production. Successful candidates will assist with planting, harvesting, irrigation, crop maintenance, animal feeding, equipment operation, farm cleaning, produce handling, and general farm maintenance. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions while following health, safety, and quality standards to ensure efficient farm productivity.
Requirements
No formal qualification is required; agricultural training is an advantage.
Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or horticulture is preferred but not essential.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of farming equipment and agricultural practices is beneficial.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and seasonal overtime.
Ability to follow health, safety, and biosecurity procedures.
Basic English communication skills.
Eligible to meet United Kingdom employment and work visa requirements.
