Job Description
A well-established hotel and hospitality group in New Zealand is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, setting up restaurant tables, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, processing customer payments, assisting with banquet and event services, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Candidates will work closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to provide outstanding customer service in a professional hospitality environment.
Requirements
Secondary school qualification preferred.
Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good spoken English and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Eligible to meet New Zealand employment and visa requirements.
Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality is an advantage.
