Job Description
A leading Canadian greenhouse producer is seeking motivated Greenhouse Workers to support year-round vegetable and horticulture production. Successful candidates will assist with planting, watering, pruning, harvesting, crop monitoring, packaging fresh produce, and maintaining greenhouse cleanliness. Workers will also help regulate irrigation systems, monitor plant health, and ensure all production activities comply with Canadian food safety and quality standards. Requirements
Secondary school education is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous greenhouse, farming, or agricultural experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in warm and humid greenhouse environments.
Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Basic understanding of plant care and crop handling procedures is beneficial.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to follow workplace safety and hygiene regulations.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends during peak harvest periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid passport and eligibility to meet Canadian work permit requirements.
