Job Description
A renowned Canadian hotel group is seeking professional Hotel Front Desk Agents to provide exceptional guest service at its hotel and resort properties. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling room reservations, processing payments, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintaining accurate guest records. Candidates will ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay while following hotel service standards and operational procedures.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Hospitality qualification preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems are advantageous.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Valid passport and eligibility to obtain a Canadian work permit.
