HOTEL & RESORT OPERATIONS

Maintain guest rooms and hotel public areas to the highest cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, replenish amenities, vacuum and dust rooms, report maintenance issues, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Follow hotel hygiene, health, and safety procedures while working efficiently as part of the housekeeping team.

Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred
Basic English communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
