Job Description
A leading Canadian hotel chain is hiring Hotel Receptionists to welcome guests, manage bookings, handle check-in/check-out procedures, answer telephone enquiries, maintain guest records, process payments, coordinate room availability, and provide excellent hospitality services.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Hospitality qualification.
Experience in hotels or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of hotel reservation software is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Professional appearance.
Eligible for Canadian work visa requirements.
