Job Description

A leading hotel group in the United Kingdom is seeking professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionists to join its front office team. The successful candidates will welcome guests, manage hotel reservations, perform check-in and check-out procedures, answer telephone and email enquiries, process payments, maintain accurate guest records, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, resolve guest concerns professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Office Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is preferred but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera PMS, Protel, or similar) is advantageous.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work day, evening, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Eligible to meet United Kingdom employment and work visa requirements.
