Job Description
A leading Australian organisation is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, preparing employment documentation, coordinating interviews, supporting payroll administration, updating HR databases, organising staff training, assisting with employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment policies and workplace legislation.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous HR administration or office experience is preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eligible to meet Australian employment and work visa requirements.
