Job Description
A well-established Canadian employer is hiring an HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Duties include coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee files, updating HR systems, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, supporting employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with Canadian employment standards and company policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR administration or office support is preferred.
Knowledge of Canadian employment standards is an advantage.
Experience using HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Eligible to meet Canadian employment and work visa requirements.
