Job Description

A leading Canadian technology organization is seeking a highly organized IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project schedules, monitor project milestones, prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, communicate with internal stakeholders, assist project managers with budgeting and resource allocation, organize project meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while supporting multiple technology initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in project coordination or IT project support is preferred.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Valid passport and eligibility to obtain a Canadian work permit.
