Job Description
A leading Australian pathology and healthcare organisation is seeking a qualified Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing, prepare biological samples, operate diagnostic laboratory equipment, maintain accurate laboratory records, perform quality control procedures, assist scientists and pathologists, and ensure compliance with laboratory safety and infection control standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
Previous laboratory or pathology experience preferred.
Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality assurance.
Ability to operate laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
Eligible to meet Australian work visa requirements.
