LAB TECHNICIAN

A leading New Zealand medical laboratory is seeking a skilled Lab Technician to collect and process laboratory specimens, conduct diagnostic testing, maintain laboratory equipment, prepare reports, ensure quality control, follow laboratory safety procedures, and support healthcare professionals in delivering accurate diagnostic services.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Laboratory Technology.
Previous laboratory or pathology experience preferred.
Knowledge of laboratory quality systems and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to operate modern laboratory equipment.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Eligible to meet New Zealand work visa requirements.

NZD 6,300–8,900 monthly salary.
