Job Description
A leading Australian logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory records, communicating with suppliers and transport providers, assisting with dispatch planning, updating logistics databases, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and freight documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills.
Eligible to meet Australian work visa requirements.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience is an advantage.
