Job Description
A well-established Canadian logistics provider is hiring a Logistics Assistant to assist with transportation planning, shipment coordination, inventory tracking, purchase order processing, warehouse documentation, scheduling deliveries, maintaining logistics records, communicating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
Previous logistics, warehouse, or office administration experience preferred.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP software is an advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
Eligible to meet Canadian work visa requirements.
Previous logistics, warehouse, or office administration experience preferred.
