Job Description
A leading New Zealand logistics organisation is seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to support warehouse and transport operations. Duties include preparing shipping documentation, monitoring inventory, coordinating freight movements, communicating with suppliers and transport providers, maintaining logistics records, supporting dispatch teams, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations while complying with health and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred.
Previous logistics, warehouse, or transport administration experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligible to meet New Zealand work visa requirements.
