Job Description
A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Staff to deliver high-quality patient care across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. The successful candidates will assist in patient assessments, provide clinical support, maintain accurate medical records, administer basic treatments under supervision, monitor patients' conditions, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensure compliance with NHS policies and infection control procedures, and contribute to delivering safe and effective healthcare services.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Medical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment is preferred.
Registration with the relevant UK healthcare authority is an advantage where applicable.
Strong knowledge of patient care, infection prevention, and clinical safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude.
Willingness to work day, night, weekend, and rotational shifts.
Current First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
Eligible to meet United Kingdom employment and work visa requirements.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment is preferred.
