Job Description
A leading Australian pharmacy group is seeking a customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities include assisting customers with over-the-counter products, processing prescriptions, maintaining stock levels, operating the POS system, organising shelves, handling inventory, receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Australian pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
High School Certificate or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (preferred).
Previous pharmacy, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good computer and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Eligible to meet Australian work visa requirements.
