Job Description
A reputable New Zealand pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to provide customer service, assist with prescription processing, organise pharmacy inventory, replenish shelves, receive stock deliveries, process sales transactions, maintain patient confidentiality, and support pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare services while complying with New Zealand pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
High School qualification or Pharmacy Assistant Certificate preferred.
Previous pharmacy, retail, or healthcare experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of pharmacy products and retail operations.
Basic computer literacy and POS system experience.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Eligible to meet New Zealand work visa requirements.
