Job Description
A leading Australian agricultural company is seeking Picker and Packers to support fruit and vegetable harvesting, grading, packing, and distribution operations. The successful candidates will pick fresh produce, sort items according to quality standards, pack products into cartons, label packages, prepare pallets for transport, maintain workplace hygiene, and assist with warehouse and cold storage operations while following Australian food safety regulations.
Requirements
No formal qualification required.
Previous farm, packing shed, or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to work in cold storage and outdoor environments.
Good attention to quality and product handling.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime during peak harvest seasons.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is an advantage.
Eligible to meet Australian employment and visa requirements.
