Job Description
A leading New Zealand technology company is seeking skilled Software Developers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable web and enterprise solutions, write clean and efficient code, troubleshoot software issues, perform code reviews, participate in Agile development processes, integrate APIs and databases, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software products while following industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or application programming.
Strong knowledge of Java, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and version control systems.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligible to meet New Zealand employment and visa requirements.
