Job Description
A leading Canadian supermarket chain is seeking motivated and customer-focused Supermarket Workers to support daily retail store operations. The successful candidates will assist with stocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, replenishing inventory, checking product quality, helping customers locate products, maintaining store cleanliness, operating basic retail equipment, and supporting warehouse and checkout teams when required. Candidates will work in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
Secondary school education preferred but not mandatory.
Previous supermarket, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is an asset.
Ability to lift and move products safely.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic numeracy and inventory handling skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid passport and eligibility to obtain a Canadian work permit.
