Job Description
A leading UK vegetable farming company is seeking hardworking and reliable Vegetable Pickers to support seasonal harvesting operations. Successful candidates will harvest fresh vegetables, sort and grade produce according to quality standards, pack products for distribution, maintain crop hygiene, operate basic harvesting equipment, and follow workplace health and safety procedures. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and meeting daily production targets while ensuring high-quality standards.
Requirements
No formal qualifications are required.
Previous experience in farming, harvesting, or agricultural work is beneficial but not essential.
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Good attention to detail when selecting and grading produce.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and overtime during peak harvest periods.
Basic English communication skills.
Understanding of workplace hygiene and health & safety practices is an advantage.
Eligible to meet United Kingdom employment and work visa requirements.
