Job Description
A leading logistics and retail distribution company in New Zealand is seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to support warehouse and distribution centre operations. Successful candidates will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, operating barcode scanners, organizing inventory, preparing pallets for dispatch, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and following workplace health and safety procedures. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
Secondary school qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is an advantage.
Ability to lift and move cartons and warehouse stock safely.
Basic knowledge of barcode scanners and inventory systems is beneficial.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends when required.
Commitment to workplace health and safety regulations.
Eligible to meet New Zealand employment and visa requirements.
