Job Description
A leading UK technology company is seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with UI/UX designers, software engineers, and project managers to build high-performance web solutions. Responsibilities include developing front-end and back-end functionality, integrating APIs, optimizing website performance, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining databases, conducting testing, and ensuring compliance with security and coding best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in web development or software development.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of PHP, Node.js, ASP.NET, Python, or Java is an advantage.
Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligible to meet United Kingdom employment and work visa requirements.
